Looking for a Middleman, Includes fee!

Looking for a trusted user to middleman a purchase from nike.com.

To briefly explain what I mean, Nike.com does not allow payments to be made with international credit cards/PayPals.
This means I cannot order from their site on my own, and need somebody from the USA or Canada to middleman using PayPal.

The purchase is for $110 USD and if things go as planned you will receive a $11 fee for your trouble.

It would just be a reship address that can be removed as easily as you add it.
