Looking for a Group Banner

Need a banner for my group Anime.

I want it to be reminiscent of the userbar.
Paying $5 via PayPal. You will also receive an invite to the group.

If you don't understant what I'm looking for, I want something like this for all the official Anime threads as a header:

Send me the dimensions of what you are looking for, also if you can get the color codes (aka hex codes) that was used on your banner I may be able to help you out. The codes for the colors would be the most needed thing on my end.
