Looking for a designer to create one page (very glossy)

Hello, I'm looking for somebody who has some knowledge of website graphic designing is willing to create a one web page (about 2000 pixel in height). The style is exactly like those cheesy second-hand porn sites (very flashy). I will provide all resources you just need to have a neck for making glossy, cheesy graphics. No coding is required for this job but if you know some HTML then it might come in handy. Please pm me for further discussion.

What colors do you want?

What do you mean by cheesy? Lots of definitions for cheesy.

It's easier to set up the images in sections and code it.
You'll get the best load on the server.

Of course this is just my take. But it would be best using separate images not just a full single image.

I might be able to do this if you want, though I suck at the graphic part, but am better at the actual coding.
