Looking for a decent Motherboard and CPU, Any Ideas?

I am in the current build of a desktop and I was wondering if anybody has any suggestions or recommendations of what Motherboard and CPU that I should get and will not be expensive. I would really appreciate your guys' feedback. Thank you for your time.
