Haven't see this on the market or any other. Don't think the owner of this would even sell it considering it looks like he streams very rarely. Maybe message him or contact him through the SM if you can find out through the Twitch? Good luck finding it though.
 
My buddy @shock used to own this. Pm him he might know its current owner. But, if not good luck on your hunt.
