Never seen this on the market and I don't think you will ever be able to obtain it truthfully unless OG owner wants to sell. It is on a 6 year tenure it looks like.

I was recently in a game with him. Didn't bother to ask if he's in the scene, but I guess I'll find out.

Just get him in a party chat. Do not message him if he would sell or you will probably get banned.
 
I ran into him into a random lobby. He sounded like a chill kid. Good luck finding him. He told me it was NFS though
