Lookin for help

I'm working to bulid my own forum, and I already have a domain, and I need help on running the server.
FileZilla won't connect at all, it fails every try.

I think so, the only problem is running the server. Not sure what I'm doing wrong, I am not going to put any investments to this until the right time.
 
I know this is very old and most likely isn't still important.

But if you, and or anybody else needs forums or community help I'll be more than happy to help out. I have a lot of experience with forums softwares including ip.board and vBulletin.
