I am looking for someone who can buy spokeo membership for me and I'll pay with PayPal. It's ~15bucks for 3 months, but I will pay you 20 with PayPal.

Is your PP verified or is it a unverified, likely limited account.
 
I am not sure if I'd be able to send money with a limited account. It's not verified, just a regular account but you can use a different account to receive the money if you're afraid or get a middle man. I've no intentions of scamming anyone, spokeo is all I need.
