Well THANKS TO HONEY BADGER(LOVEYOU) I got a bank acc, confirmed on paypal. I can now spend my cash!

I might donate, but I really want members on runescape ;s

or, go to a gas station, buy a prepaid debit card.

or, look up, "How to verify paypal with e-trade."

Works as well, but not everybody has money IRL to spend like a lot of people so it may be difficult. + I thought eTrade was patched?

I did it a few weeks ago, I'm not sure
a prepaid debit is like 3$ + whatever you load on it haha, and it pretty much removes your spending limit.

Hey guys! I'm trying that e-trade shit, I think its working, i did all the sign up and found a good youtube guide, im on paypal and it says "we are confirming your bank account" "this usually takes about 1-3 minutes"
 
GF your paypal account, within 2-3 days they will limit your account.... happened to me and I still have $140 sitting in the balance.

You should donate to me also I verified my paypal with some online banking account. Well not necessarily verified but it lifted the sending limit by like $1k. www.netspend.com
