He didn't refund me, he kept asking for extensions and I got fed up with it. We agreed on a dealine, if not he would be permed. He failed so he got permed.
I'm just saying if this happened to anybody else he wouldn't be banned. Unless you have proof of him agreeing to be perm banned if he didn't get a certain grade, ofc. And then they'd have to prove thats really the grade they even got, because if they just wrote a big red "F" on the paper they could do that themselves.
