Logo Idea.

I am not too happy with our current logo. So I am trying my hand at another logo idea, I'm open to suggestions, but I think this is a much more professional/serious tone.

It's not "Graphical" enough for me. It's professional, I agree there. But our theme doesn't scream professional, it screams design/graphical.
