Locked out of an IG

Im locked out of an IG which I only have the username and password.
It gives me the message saying that you need confirmation via email.
Anyone know how to get around this?
People I think would know; @Paladin @satan @etnies @ruthlesss

no there isnt a way around it if there was i could get some dank igs back

Has anyone ever had your IG stolen by IG?

I used to be @etnies on IG....then the etnies company paid off IG and they changed my name to some nonsense.

Anyway, back ok topic. As everyone has said...
