Locked account help!

Well i bought an account, botted on it made a heck alot of money on it, it got macroing minor, IDFK how but it got fuckin locked and need some guidance/assistance on how i can get it back.
i got email, recovs, past pass, the only thing thats not getting me is the additional details part can someone tell me what to put? or do it for me?

If you bought it, then it's really hard to unlock. What were the stats of the account?

If you have contact with the original owner, you should get him to unlock it.

If not, then try to unlock lots of times till you get the info right.

If you have ip of origional owner you get the account 60% of the time.
