From this point on, I am going to start living a more healthier lifestyle. I have a serious eating problem. Well it's not serious compared to people that are actually fat, but I could have a damn six pack if I just didn't drink pop or eat bad. I'm 6ft and I weigh 190 lbs so it's not like I'm fat. I need to lose like 10 to 15 lbs. I play basketball like 5 times a week so that helps, but I just eat bad.
I'm the same, I exercise a lot but I just need to eat healthy. I've already lost 10kg in an effort to tone up, and then put it back on. It's quite easy to tone up so I'm not too worried.
