LinkTunes lets you download music for free, straight to your Music app.
1) Go to Cydia and add this source: http://repo.hackyouriphone.org and accept it.
2) Search up "LinkTunes" and download it: requires a reboot.
3) Go to iTunes Store, and in the bottom, there should be a section called LinkTunes.
4) Search and download music. It is saved in your Music app.
