Just scimmed over the rules and e-book section rules and there's nothing saying you can't, I think your all good.

Well if you think about it, if normal advertising of links isn't allowed, and there is a section for Monetizing Techniques, wouldn't you think referrals would be the only real way to transmit links to websites?
