RE: Limitless Recruitment | Official Group Recruitment & Program

I still don't understand why I was kicked from your group, Michael. I was active in the sub-forums as well as wore the userbar. Just let me know with a reason so I can work on my future endeavors.

You and a few other members didn't post in the 24-hour check in.

RE: Limitless Recruitment | Official Group Recruitment & Program

Elaborate on your skillset (Marketing, Advertising, Sports, etc): I am a advid football fan, I mostly watch college football so i can watch them and report them. I have also played football for 6 years. I am great at advertising events as i have advertised for my church and school.
Tell us why you would be an extraordinary asset: I will put a lot of time and effort into this group, making it the best i can!
Why do you honestly want to join Limitless? Because I feel like this group is for me because its a mix, and i specialize in many different things.
Will the userbar be worn, and will you post in the sub-forum? The userbar will be worn 24/7, and i will most certainly post in the sub-forums as much as possible.
Elaborate on your achievements and future goals in real life or online: I have won many competitive tourny's in COD, and CrossFire. I am a professional pc gamer, and i have been mvp for my football team at school. I want to be a pharmacist in real life.
Tell me about yourself: I'm Orion, im 15. And I love to be on fk, and also be fair to everyone. I never talk trash. I love games and football. Pretty much sums me up haha.
Anything you want me to know, or something else you'd like to say? Michael is God.

RE: Limitless Recruitment | Official Group Recruitment & Program

Elaborate on your skillset (Marketing, Advertising, Sports, etc):
I know how to secure multiple types of social mediums, and I know how to program in 3 different languages. I am also a novice graphical artist. I am a quarterback for my school varsity football team and I love watching European Soccer.

Tell us why you would be an extraordinary asset:
Honestly, I'm not one to boast, so I can't truely tell you why I should be in over someone else.

Why do you honestly want to join Limitless?
I would like to be a part of Limitless because I think it would better my experience on ForumKorner. I also hope that by wearing the Limitless userbar, newer members will come to me for help.

Will the userbar be worn, and will you post in the sub-forum?
I will most likely wear the userbar every day of the week that I am in Limitless. I will keep active in subforums and represent Limitless well.

Elaborate on your achievements and future goals in real life or online:
My main FK goal that I've reached is probably my 1000 post mark. It just goes to show that I am indeed quite the active one. In real life, probably getting Quarterback. There were about 6 other boys wanting that role and I finally got it.

Tell me about yourself:
My name is Ryan and I'm 15 years old. I live in central California and I honestly hate it here. I'm from Germany, though I moved at a young age so I don't remember it. My favorite TV shows are Family Guy (for the shits and giggles) and Supernatural. My favorite book is a tie between the Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams, or Sherlock Holmes (the full deal).

Anything you want me to know, or something else you'd like to say?
I'd just like to say, I'd be quite honored to be in this group, and I will already thank you @Michael for even reading or considering my application.

Yeah I did! I was one of the first ones to do so.

and besides, why have check ins? Sometimes I'm busy with work or school. That doesn't seem fair to me. I think that is an unfair way to penalize someone because they weren't online. But whatever man. Thanks

RE: Limitless Recruitment | Official Group Recruitment & Program

Elaborate on your skill set (Marketing, Advertising, Sports, etc):

I would like to think of myself as an entrepreneur that doesn't like sitting idle. I usually have many projects running at the same time so I am great multitasker and I am well organized. To be honest, I have done so many things online. Web design, marketing, and app development are just a few of the things I am good at. If you need someone creative then I am definitely your guy. I can help you decide in what direction you want to bring Limitless and make it the best group here on ForumKorner.

I am still trying out new methods to reach my goal of having a 100k+ stat account on every social medium. I only have a few good stat accounts so I wouldn't call myself a marketing expert yet. However, one day I will be.

As for sports, I am a professional badminton player with a national standing and I also play every other racket sport. I am the team captain of a volleyball team in my city and we have won a few tournaments that we have played in.

Tell us why you would be an extraordinary asset:

I am extremely trustworthy and honest and I will never ever compromise on that aspect of myself. I am very nice to every member of this site regardless of their position and I try to help out in anyway I can.

Why do you honestly want to join Limitless?

There are two reasons mainly. Firstly, I see the potential it has to be a very well respected group on FK. Secondly, I really like that userbar and think I could rock it for a long time.

Will the userbar be worn, and will you post in the sub-forum?

From the previous answer I can assure you that the userbar will be worn 24/7. I am not in any other groups at the moment so the upside to that is the fact that I would only be representing your group!

Elaborate on your achievements and future goals in real life or online:

So for this section I'll just explain how I started online money making stuff and my position now. At the beginning, I had exactly $0. The first bit of cash I made online was with this website called Swagbucks. I got enough of these swagbucks to buy a $5 PayPal giftcard and used this newfound wealth to buy a new domain for 99 cents. Then, I registered the matching Twitter and Facebook names, set up a WordPress blog, and ultimately sold the website for $115. You could say that I became hooked the second I sold that first website.

I have always been fascinated with OG social mediums and I joined FK mainly to find like-minded people. I think my greatest achievement online is the fact that I changed nothing into something with just hard work. Now I have a collection of OG accounts worth a fair bit and a few websites that are generating income for me. I also met a lot of people that I would not have had the chance to meet if it was not for my endeavours online. To put things into perspective, I registered that first domain name on April 6th 2013. I would say I have come a long way since then and my goals for the future would be to build a life for myself that fulfills my need to be creative and break the social norm.

Tell me about yourself:

I am a 19 year old student doing my Engineering degree in Canada. I moved here when I was very little so I don't have an accent or anything. I don't think there is anyone on this site from where I am originally from but I'll let you know more about that if we become good friends. One of my philosophies in life is to try my best in everything I am doing at the moment. I am not the kind of person that would do something half-assed. I think every man should have a code that they should not break. I like reading manga, watching tv shows like The Walking Dead, Game Of Thrones, Suits, etc. I don't like to generalize my music preference into a certain genre since I like so many kinds.

As for professional life, I have already started my application to join the Canadian Forces as an aerospace engineering officer and I have my medical scheduled already even though I'm only in second year.

Anything you want me to know, or something else you'd like to say?

I really put my heart into this application and I think you should really consider giving me a shot in the group even though you might see me as a brand new member. I guarantee that I won't let you down and if you would like to know more about then don't hesitate to ask!

RE: Limitless Recruitment | Official Group Recruitment & Program

Elaborate on your skillset (Marketing, Advertising, Sports, etc): I have been working with Marketing and Advertising for quite some time now. About 5 or 6 years ago I started becoming interested in the world of social media. Ever since then, I have been promoting for big companies and making top dollar. It has earned me a spot as a marketing intern in many different companies. I am very into the gym. I work out almost everyday of my life and try to maintain a healthy and proactive lifestyle.
Tell us why you would be an extraordinary asset:
I would be an extraordinary asset to this group because I can provide three things; Loyalty, Advice, Giveaways. I can provide advice and anything else that group needs.
Why do you honestly want to join Limitless?
I have seen this group around and I have always wanted to join. Honestly, I didn't like what the group was based around before you changed it. I just noticed you changed it and I want to apply now. I have been apart of many groups on this site, and none seem as fun and high quality as this.
Will the userbar be worn, and will you post in the sub-forum?At all times, and yes. I will be very active.
Elaborate on your achievements and future goals in real life or online: My goal is to buy my mom a new house before she turns 50. I have set this goal in my mind and I know I will achieve it one day. Another achievement of mine is to graduate from UCLA successfully. I will begin taking classes there next semester.
Tell me about yourself: I was born in Detroit and now in Downtown Los Angeles. I work as a marketer and designer for Diamond Supply. I love to design. From cars to furniture I love to design. I work also with my friends down at platinum motorsports and I enjoy it very much. I also love to game.
Anything you want me to know, or something else you'd like to say? Goodluck to everyone.

RE: Limitless Recruitment | Official Group Recruitment & Program

Miles' Limitless Application

Elaborate on your skillset (Marketing, Advertising, Sports, etc): I am 15, freshman in high school and I play some sports in real life. I am not an avid fan of TV sports but I do watch some. My dad successfully started the largest private marketing company in North America, and I know that doesn't say anything about me, but I am trying to learn a lot from him about marketing and business in general.

Tell us why you would be an extraordinary asset: I am an inexperienced graphics artist - I cannot do crazy, intricate things but I'll spend hours trying to make something for someone, I've never charged for graphics either. I am an intelligent kid for my age, for I am aware I seem young but I can be extremely mature if the time calls. I would be an avid poster in the sub-forum, and I think I could represent Limitless well.

Why do you honestly want to join Limitless? I saw the recruitment thread being opened, and I figured I'd attempt to join. I really like Michael and his 'loyalty' to FK, for he (you) is/are a very high quality user who doesn't hide behind a computer screen, he is a thoughtful and genuine person online which I look up to and would love to be in a group run by him. On a more blatant/basic level, I think the user bar/username color look awesome and I would love to sport that.

Will the userbar be worn, and will you post in the sub-forum? Yes, I will wear the user bar often and absolutely post in the sub-forum daily.

Elaborate on your achievements and future goals in real life or online: I have done charity work, for and not for school, I have achieved the acceptance to a high school ranked highly in California, I have wow'd people with my intelligence - not 'book smarts' per say, but I am intellectual and interesting to just hold conversations with. On the topic of online goals, I would like to learn more from people I meet online, more specifically - simple 'life things', and learn more graphics. In real life, I would like to attend a good college and then move on to either designing vehicles or possibly following in my dad's marketing path.

Tell me about yourself: I'm Miles, 15, from San Francisco, California. I don't have a crazy story of beating all odds health-wise, financially, or in any way. I grew up with a lot of opportunity at my fingertips and I seized that. I have attended video game creation camps at Stanford, Java script camps (I am not good at Java though), and I have some experience which is quickly transforming into a favorite hobby, in photography. I am an avid bike rider and love to talk to others about my somewhat unique non-team sport.

Anything you want me to know, or something else you'd like to say? I would love to be a member of Limitless and would hope I could be a great addition to the group. I want to say thanks for reading my application, and thanks a lot for considering me.
p.s. I also like music; a lot.

RE: Limitless Recruitment | Official Group Recruitment & Program

Wiz Khalifa's Application

Elaborate on your skillset (Marketing, Advertising, Sports, etc):

Writing-
I'd have to say that I'm fairly adept at writing. I may not be the best, but I have a good amount of skill when it comes to writing long things; things that I am
passionate about. When I'm passionate about a debate, I tend to end up typing and really trying to think about it over the course of around 30
minutes. I find writing quite enjoyable, and not a chore - like some people. Although I find creative writing more enjoyable, because it lets your mind and ideas free, factual writing (such as news) is also quite fun, as it gives you a sense of achievement when you are able to pull it off. Basically - I do have writing experience. I've actually tried writing my own newspaper covers and such on multiple occasions - more often in school, but I don't like to disappoint my teachers, so I do practice my writing at home. I should admit that earlier in my life, as a child, I had no interest in writing and I found it extremely boring. The rush you feel when you've finished writing something is fascinating. This may sound like I'm lying, but this is really how I feel. I do find enjoyment from writing, and being able to help the site with writing, is just an added bonus.

High Quality-
Just like the last point, anyone can say that they're HQ, but I for one have proved this. I constantly try to maintain a decent level of quality around the forum,
and I'd like to think others see this as well. I have been told countless times of how HQ I am - not to sound self-centered.. I'll let you be the judge of my quality though, and I assure you that I put in a lot of effort to make my posts as high quality as possible. Being high quality might not be considered a skill, but there are some people that lack the knowledge to be properly high quality - what I mean by that is they do not know what to say or add to make their post that much more informative. Being high quality is essential for Limitless, as it is a group for High Quality members.

Grammar and Spelling-
Of course, grammar and spelling. This contributes to the "high quality" part, but it is worth mentioning. I'd like to think that my grammar and spelling is very good, but I'd hate to brag, because everybody makes mistakes every once in a while. Grammar and spelling is something I always try to keep at a high level; I think this is a very good quality for a HQ member. You should be able to see the effort I put in, just in this application. I'd like to think there's very few grammatical or spelling errors. I always do spelling and grammar checks on formal pieces of writing, so there isn't really much need to worry about that. This should be necessary for being a member of Limitless, because not being able to use correct grammar and spelling... all that shows is a lack of effort. Grammar and spelling doesn't really require a great deal of effort for me now, as I'm used to it, but to get the best out of my abilities - I have to put in a good amount of effort. I hope that you can see my effort in this application.

Debating-
You may be thinking: "What does this have to do Limitless?" Well, I'll tell you. I'd say that I'm good at debating - surely above average. Having the ability to confidently show your opinion and being able to gather evidence and come to a well-thought conclusion should be very important for a HQ member. This quality is important for many jobs, because some people lack the ability to do this efficiently, or just do not put in sufficient effort to make their conclusion fully justified. Debaters are often forced to put their brains to work, and are knowledgeable in various fields, due to the wide range of topics that can be covered when debating. As I debate often, it often annoys me when I leave out details in points, as leaving out 1 detail in a debate could leave someone open to counter your point - this encourages me to make my posts as informative as possible, so people can have a clear understand when I try to help them.

Tell us why you would be an extraordinary asset: Well, it'd sound very generic for me to say that I would like to join, as it is a HQ group and I wish to be able to help the group by setting an example, but that is one of the other reasons. I think that'd I'd be a great addition to this group, as I am able to set a good example for other members. I have been told countless times that very friendly and I am helpful towards other members (especially new members). It's very enjoyable when other members are happy, when you've helped them, as it makes me happy as well. I will openly help whenever someone needs it. I'm not an aggressive person, as I always try and find a conclusion where everyone can be happy with the outcome. I am able to be very HQ when I set my mind to it, and I try to make each and every post of mine as HQ as I can. I try to put in more detail, and I sometimes end up editing a post for a while if I think I could improve it. I really do try to make my posts informative. I always strive to improve on FK. In the relatively short time I've been here, I believe that I have made quite a name for myself as a HQ, and friendly member. I really don't think there is a member on Forum Korner that genuinely dislikes me. I think that I'm (not to sound self-centred) quite respected here; I think that I'd be a great addition to Limitless. I feel that I have a priority to stay HQ on Forum Korner - I can say that I have good grammar, and I'm quite an intelligent member. I will always try to back up my views and opinions when posting around FK. I have yet to receive one negative or neutral rep on Forum Korner, and I think that says something for the communities opinion on me. I am quite committed to things when I set my mind to them, as presented when I put a lot of effort into my time in Forum Korner. Whatever is said to me, I take in to consideration and I try to better myself. I think that this is vital for a member of Limitless to be able to take criticism.

Why do you honestly want to join Limitless? I think it seems like a great HQ group and I'd love to be a part of it.
I want to speak with other members
Make some new friends all around the forums.

Will the userbar be worn, and will you post in the sub-forum? Yes, I will.

Elaborate on your achievements and future goals in real life or online: Goals? I know I've said this before, but having fun. Another priority is my learning, and another is friendships. Learning, even if it's not fun is essential. I like to be well informed and able to use my knowledge to help people; also, it can be fun to learn. Friendships are important to me, as it's hard to have fun in life if there's no one there to have fun with. Being able to talk with someone, whether it be over the internet or in real life is great. Every person is different in their own way, and friends of mine are often far from normal, as they a very distinctive difference about them - they usually don't try to be something they're not. As for fun, I really don't see the point of leading a life if you're not enjoying it. There's not really any point to torture yourself with such a life. The littlest things can be fun, so there's really no excuse!

For life goals, I just want to work with technology. I try to keep my goals achievable, as I don't want to feel like my efforts are being wasted. Why? A job that you like can be enjoyable. Sometimes the workplace can be composed of friends. Even if I don't achieve this, the least I can say is I tried - my efforts weren't for nothing. This is really my only life goal. There are probably smaller ones, but I wouldn't really call them 'life' goals.

Tell me about yourself: I'm currently a student in the US. I don't really come from a rich family, so I always try my hardest - knowing that if I try hard enough, I'll be able to help my family. I tend to get good grades in school, even when I don't exactly try hard. I normally just go with the flow and deal with whatever life throws at me whenever that happens. I just like being myself and having fun. As I'm still a student, my schedule isn't too heavy (apart from when exams come up and I have to study), so I spend a lot of my time on the internet, playing video games, going out with friends and other things that I'll go into more detail in later.

From a young age, I was brought up as a gamer. I've been playing video games for probably a good 10 years now, and I still enjoy it (I play pretty much any types of games - my favorites are probably FPS and racing games). My favorite video game is Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. I also watch anime, read light novels, play visual novels and many other things to keep me from being bored. I'd say that FK is very good at keeping me occupied, as I often find myself on here when I'm bored.

I do have some form of musical talent, and a social life despite what is said above. I'm currently 'learning' if you will, the bass guitar. Well, I wouldn't call it learning, as I'm I already know how to do most techniques, and what's what - I'm mainly just covering songs with it, and I've covered quite a few songs. I go out with friends occasionally, when things are organised before-hand. My life is pretty much just about having fun. I do lead a sort of a bland life, especially for a teenager, but I get by just fine. I honestly feel better off not being in the heat of the drama, or doing super intense stuff. People say that teenage years are the most fun, so enjoy them while you can and relax. I try to do so.

Anything you want me to know, or something else you'd like to say? Thanks for reading my application. I spent hours on this, simply because I hate leaving out details and making my applications small. I hope you don't mind the walls of text - I got a bit carried away, though I hope it shows I tried and I am committed.

RE: Limitless Recruitment | Official Group Recruitment & Program

Pimping's Application

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Elaborate on your skillset (Marketing, Advertising, Sports, etc):
For me my main skills are Gaming, Discussing and a little Marketing. I've been told I'm good at discussing prices and products, but my main skill is Gaming. I've been gaming for a very long time, I started with the PS2 when I was 6 and loved gaming ever since.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tell us why you would be an extraordinary asset:
Well to start off I am one weird dude, I say strange things, I act weird an I love being weird to show that I'm not like the rest of the ordinary people. In the group I would be great at discussing many different things like Music, Sports, Video Games, and Prices on items. In this group I will do special giveaways just for the group and some under the name of it. I know I'm not the best at grammar for you will notice some grammar errors reading my app, so that's something I could not bring to the group sadly, but other then that I'm very Friendly, Weird and fun to chat with.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Why do you honestly want to join Limitless?
The main reasons I always want to be in groups are to learn new things and meet new friends. Being myself I love to have friends on the internet and IRL. I find being in groups I meet a lot of people for I get to 1 on 1 chat with users which is nice. So the main reason I want to going this group is to meet new friends and learn some new things. A nother not really big is that userbar is sexy and I would love to represent and wear it around the forums.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Will the userbar be worn, and will you post in the sub-forum?
As you read above I would love to where it for I find it really cool. Also I will definitely be active in the sub forums, most of my posts on this forum is from sub-sections of groups. Just the other day when the new owner of Squad deleted the old threads I lost 200 posts for I posted that many times in that group. So yes I will wear the userbar and stay very active in the sub-forum.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Elaborate on your achievements and future goals in real life or online:
Well my main goals for the next few years in real life are as followed. The first one is to graduate this highschool year with all A's and B's and no C's. or D's. My next goal is to get a job over summer to save up for college and a new bike. After that is just succeed in school and stay on top of things. My goals online are as followed. Get my YouTube up and running and reach 500 subscribers in 3 months. Get Power+ on ForumKorner. Get into Limitless. Own my own group. Finally, meet more unique people on the internet with some of the same interests as me.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tell me about yourself:
Well to start of my real name is Scott, but ever since I can remember I've been called Scotty or Scotto as a nickname. I was born in Charlotte, North Carolina on June 16, 1999. I lived there for 3 years than moved to California where I am still living today. I have a pretty normal life other than that school is very difficult for me because I'm dyslexic which makes writing and reading extremely hard which makes school very hard. As of today I'm a 9th grader in my public high school. All I've ever wanted to do in my life is make people happy, it makes me feel like I belong when I make someone happy. Well this is getting really long so I will stop here.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Anything you want me to know, or something else you'd like to say?
I'm sorry for all grammar and spelling errors I have for I am dyslexic and I just really never understood grammar. Also thank you for reading my app, I hope you think about me joining. Once again Thanks, Scotty.
