Its entirely, 100% free to play and is one of the rare exception to the free to play, pay to win trend that's been going on lately. Its called Visual Utopia. Not going to lie, this game is old as fuck but what I think is cool about is that its a browser game that can be played on mobile. Its a real-time, turn based game meaning every hour on the real world clock is a turn(day) with 24 turns happening every day. You don't have to play 24/7 to do well but at the same time activity is rewarded. The down side to it is that it has one of the steepest learning curves of any game I've ever played. It literally took me year to start scoring well and consistently be on the high scores. In light of that, the game hasn't been updated in a long time so people have been able to figure out, and share on the forums, the little game mechanics that, if used correctly, will make you one of the top competitors.
