@Light randomly gave me bad rep. He said that i scammed his friend offsite on kik. I asked him for proof and he has nothing to show. He is trying to get back at me because i gave him bad rep after he gave me bad rep for selling something for a price he didn't like

Technically calling a someone a scammer without proof is the actual only way to get rep removed. SO he can get it removed..
