Liberty Reserve award change.

My suggestion would be to simply remove it, period. There have been plenty of other award suggestions that can replace it.

As an altcoin holds value, I'd see the Philly change this faster into an altcoin one, instead of a worthless one.
 
It is a retired award that people paid for, I would never consider deleting, or changing it. who has it has it who doesn't will never get it unless LR comes back which guaranteed cannot, and will not ever occur. Thanks for the suggestion though.
