Liars or honest people?

Hi everyone,

I'd like to know your opinion on:
Liars & honest people.

Personally I am a honest guy, sometimes I might be to honest.
Like someone asks me if I like their new shirt, I would reply no.
I can't stand liars..

With liars I mean, people who would say yes on the same question above.

What about you?​

Depends on the situtation. Some may think saying yes to that question is generous or respectful. For example, when you go over a womans house and they make dinner, you don't say you didn't like it if thats really how you feel. The respectful thing to say is that you liked the food.

 

[Absolute]

I'm generally an honest person and I speak my mind alot.
But I only lie if I don't want to hurt the person's feelings after they spent alot of time on it. like a painting or a meal.

I use to lie all the damn time when I was younger but got out of that habbit a few years back.
Now I'm honest all the time, if someone wants my opinion, I'll give it to them, and I expect the same back.
Lying doesn't do anything but sugar coat.

I lie when necessary.
I tell the truth when necessary.

I lie rarely. That was a lie.

I mostly tell the truth, but I lie just to keep some parts of my identity secure, because, you know, it's the internet.

 

[Innocence]

One must know when to extend the truth and when to tell a white lie. I believe there is a fine difference between being truthful and being painfully blunt. While, yes, you are still being truthful when you're blunt, there are always more tasteful and tactical manners than being a flat out arse. You being overly truthful and mean on top of it isn't going to make what you're saying any better for the other person. On the other hand, if you were to be an arse and blunt to a nemesis who genuinely deserved it, by all means, go ahead.

With that being said, I personally keep my silence until called out, when it comes to things I don't want to talk about.

I'm genuinely honest about everything, sometimes I'm too honest and as a kid it used to get me in quite a bit of trouble. lol

These days, I'm honest to those who I dub ignorant and is in need of advice. When it comes to people and they ask for feedback, I naturally give them a A. for effort on their project. I'm far from a people pleaser but its nice to feel like you lightened up someone's spirit. Suddenly you don't feel half like shit about things momentarily.

Not only that but I've had more then my fair share of disciplinary Karma. It would literally pain me to not try and be as nice as possible to strangers because if I feel I'm out of turn or extremely rude that somewhere down the line its going to return in my direction through the grape vine. Everything always comes around. I believe it, so I try to be constructive when I'm being honest to people I dislike. I'm not being too honest, if that makes any sense. Live and let live type maybe..

Fuck yeah you are! I haven't even got acquainted with you but I see some bone chilling shit in your posts. I'll be thinking like man this dudes a dick but I love him for that same reason. lol
