Levels Under Name?

Is this just me, or did everyone else just happen to notice this.

It seems like a pretty good implement to me. What do you guys think?

And, I wonder what it is based on.
 
my guess is it inst fixed yet, everyone is level 8, but yes, they're inputting levels. its going too be AWESOME.
 
I think The Elite may be implementing it for post count or rep based .
 
It's pretty shit. Just like achievements it's based off post count

If I'm wrong, ignore this whole post. Pretty good then
 
I know.. The Elite is currently working on it, I can say no more.
 
now everyone is level 9, it shouldn't be based on post count, helpfulness or something like that, that would be good.

level 15 now, I'm a MMO baws.

If it's off helpfulness, I'll get like one level every two weeks while everyone else caps it in two/three days
 
What are the levels based on? I think it should be able to be changed by the user for the runescape account level
 

It seems that users with a custom user group do not have a level at the moment.
