Yeah guys so I threw this together in C#, it starts from level 1 and calculates the needed exp for your level increase. For example:

Level 1 --> Increase 10 levels
You can see you need 1358

Useful! I would've used it, but Jagex already implemented their own calculator, where you can set "goals" on your skills as to what level you're aiming for.
