Letting go of a main

So I need some money, so I'm thinking I will let go of my main. It has every cod dlc, COD 4, BO1, MW2, and some nice ranks.
I was wondering, would I just have to license transfer the games and dlc to my console? I don't feel like losing these $50+ games ;3
Also I'm one ban away from a Cban, so if I get a console ban, I'm fucked lol.

think it has 2 year tunure or 1 year with like 1 month left on two, and like 20k gamerscore
