Sheehsa (I think its spelled Shisha? Not sure, I forgot) is hookah, which is water vapor. You fill up your shisha/hookah kit or pen with an e-liquid of a certain flavor and it'll taste like that flavor.
Completely safe, used mainly for fun and doing tricks and stuff. The only way hookah and marijuana are related are that they both produce smoke. That's about it.

Just to add to this you can buy THC and Nicotine to fill your hookah pen with.
