The moronic staff members who are closing threads because they're "LQ", please learn how to Staff. I saw Storm make a thread about trolling and posted the quite old "step by step" troll picture, that's not LQ.

That's creating a discussion based around that picture, this is teh Lobby, not any HQ runescape sections. At least he's posting threads and generating activity - just because you wish to grow those minute e-penises by projecting those oh so special moderating powers, it doesn't mean you should go all Hitler on us.

Keep threads open, it generates posts and activity which is what all of you are complaining about. Only close threads which violate serious rules, spam, fraud, illegal posts etc.

Even this one which is taking a topic that could be handled via PM - where as I'd rather talk to you as a collective since together you have just as much brain cells as the average human.

Cool story. This isn't about your PM's - it's about one minute begging users to generate activity as you can't do so yourself, but then going all power-fag on us by closing threads. You should be much more lenient on your periods during a site dry spell. I'm not sure on the specific Staff members who are moronic, but why not just keep threads open?

He isn't making rules, he's stating the most obvious thing that even staff can't follow. Shows how shit this website is afterall, oh and I'm guessing this post will be removed? I like the activity on this website. /sarcasm

I don't really understand why people need to discuss this in a public thread. If it really bothers you and you think it's unfair then take it to a staff members PM box. Surely if they don't side with you and your opinions/facts/whatever then just leave it be. If you think you're right then just leave it at that and move on.

It may not be LQ in your eyes or Storm's eyes. But I do think its LQ and probably so do other members. It was just an image in a thread in lobby section. What they could have done was request that he'd atleast write something, maybe just a paragraph or a few sentences in his thread and have it either moved to the media section (Since a picture thread is media in my opinion) or change the main topic of the thread to fit into the lobby such as "Favorite ways to troll?"

Regarding Storm's post, I found it funny. What was it hurting? Nothing.
Maybe, this dead, inactive-ass forum would've had a conversation for once.
It seems nowadays people only post when they're wanting something.

Oh shit, no fun on RuneGear! Everybody remain quiet and only speak when spoken to.
I could understand if all he posted was a picture, accompanied with text that looks like the following;
"hey gusy lok at t his picture it funy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!2211!!!!!!!"
But he didn't. He has excellent grammar and punctuation. He takes time to write what he says.

I'm not saying whoever locked his thread is power hungry and loves to flaunt around that green name
and act all big and bad....... however, don't see us, all of us non-moderator members, as lesser.
At the end of the day, you're the same person as all of us, some bored guy/girl in front of a computer screen.
