I am a huge leakforums fanboy so much I bought a premium domain and remodeled a theme to look 75% like the original

As Aimi said, Cake will take you're forum down. Also aren't those userbars the one's from ubers.co? (it's closed now)

Yeah I have changed the name of the forum, the favicon and the logo. The theme is not the same as LeakForums and the domain is not trademarked either as it was available for everyone to take. So there is nothing on my site like leakforums.org only the concept and that cannot be trademarked. So he cannot take me down legally which is good.
