Indeed. I'm just reporting what was posted on another forum, for interests sake. I think it looks pretty legitimate, but of course it could be entirely fake.

Although I have to know something.. I'm assuming they track you like this via your IP and sure, you're probably not going to always be on a vpn.. but, what happens if you setup a http proxy or something from one of your slaves and constantly connect via that? That means your slave is going to be in deep shit from them and you're not..? lmfao, that's a very unreliable method if you ask me..
And sure, I know the fact some kiddies might use their parent's CC's to buy members which can get them tracked like that, but I've always used pins to buy members and I'm sure others have too.. >_>
