Large advertisement

I am looking to invest large amounts of money business thru social media (specifically twitter possibly instagram). I am intrested to know how much it would cost to broadcasted one of the most popular twitter/instagram pages would cost. 

I dont expect anyone here to own a twitter account with around 1 million authentic followers but I would he much appreciated if someone could direct me to a contact who did own one. I am very serious in doing business. Thanks.

YES. I am looking for advertisement I do not need it now but if you can put me in contact with some people that own them that would be greatly appreciated.
