your a muslim mate?i work her in saudi and they don't have or not eat pork meat.they are more on lamb also than beef meat.lamb meat is expensive right?according to them, the lamb is more delicious and nutritious.

For me any of them is as good as the other one and as am allowed to eat both of these, I don't mind, which one is on my plate. But if both of them are there I would prefer pork for grilled and gravy dish with lamb. Though I have used pork only as BBQ and lamb in all shapes.

i choose pork chop because it is really cheap and you can eat pork chop anytime you like and you can find it everywhere.

I prefer pork chop for i didn't have the chance to taste that lamb meat yet. Pork is common here in our country and my taste buds is used to the taste of pork chop But i get the chance, i'd try eating the lamb meat so i could differentiate and tell which between the two is more delicious. ;-)
