You can't the script has designated spots for each ore in each mine upon starting it, you can't change them.
 
The script will mine where it is written to do so, you cannot change this. A few of the rsbuddy scripts have a radius where you set the centre and it will work in a circle around it, i know the ivy script does, perhaps you should try them?
 
Theres a powermining script on rsbuddy that you can set to just mine specific ores, It'll then just sit there if you want it to.
