We really are in trouble in the kitchen. It is important that we know how to manage our kitchen. Tips are followed.

1. Do not pour water on flaming fat or oil-- you will spread the fire. If the fire is inside a pan, slap on the lid. If outside, turn off the heat and douse the flames by tossing on a handful of baking soda or salt.

2. Protect yourself from grease spatter by placing a metal colander upside down over the skillet.

3. To keep a pot from boiling over, tilt its lid so it can blow off some steam.

That was so nice share fren. We spend a lot of time inside the kitchen but very very few of us only know the precuations that must be taken. As we know must of the accidents happen because of the carelessness of us. So be awar , be safe and keep ur family members also safe as well.
