You could have waited a month for the GTX 660ti to come out. It will be in the same price range as the 560ti and supposedly outperforms the GTX580.

Nonetheless that's still a great build.

I'm no expert but this article that compares the 560ti OC' and the 7850 OC' says you should expect to run it at around 54 FPS with 4AA 16AF and at 1920x1080 resolution. It also gives you the lowest frame rate you should expect to see.

HAF 922 is pretty big. he will have plenty of room.

They changed it. GTX670 Ti will be able to perform better than GTX580. Mainly because nvidia mid range graphic cards were beating AMD high range cards.
