Pretty much in a nutshell - New users seemed to be - idk.. looked down on, not by everyone but by some; (my opinion - we all are going to have different views)

I really don't know why - Yes.. I get there is multi's but you can pretty much spot them a mile off (unless you're practically brain-dead)

Things multi's do and get banned for is not what new users do - period.

People have got to start from somewhere to eventually get somewhere, it doesn't just happen all of a sudden.

I understand that things do go wrong sometimes, however that really isn't a reason to determine something based on 'Rep' or being upgraded (well, if you're not fully committed to this forum - being not necessarily active )

All users are allowed to express their own opinions to this, just not in a ridiculous manner.
 

Im a new member so I can speak from experience, i kinda felt like i had to be perfect all the time. But now im very use to this forum and the members apart of it. As i grow in the ranks I understand newer members and wish to help them without being to much power against them.
 
Yeah you get hated in your time at any forum.
When I joined everyone was thinking I was a multi due to my terrible name.
I only joined thinking it was going to be some shit forum and I wanted to see what PSNs there were in the market as I was looking for one. Thats why the name is terrible haha. But I will never change it
I realised the forum was chill and fun so I stayed !
New members get too much flack but oh well, you just have to brush the "Nay sayers" (shoutout to Arnold "T-800 Model 101" Schwarzenegger)

I don't think people bully new users out of spite, its simply a matter of being critical to prevent unnecessary harm to the community.
 
@Bananedealer - Yup, for no apparent reason and hmm - I've met a few people on here who are chill af - but there are some who just think that everything is based off rep and upgrades - which is ridiculous.
@Cree - Its not bullying, its like there is some sort of superiority - shown my some members. Harm to this community is inevitable, nothing is really safe.

let me sum this up in a nutshell. New members seem to be looked down on because they lack seniority, an upgrade, etc. New members can't give reputation to users, so they aren't treated respectfully and usually neg-repped for some silly shit. If/When you upgrade, you'll notice that you will be treated better around the forum and often given positive reputation for silly reasons such as your username or views in the hope that you will give reputation back to that user. (Most people on here say that reputation doesn't mean anything, and it really doesn't, but still most treat it as something serious). Too many phags to call out for rep4rep on this site though. Just do your own thing, join some groups, and with that, you will start gaining respect and a name for yourself on this site. Fuck any sweaty neckbeard on here that thinks they're better than you. Salute, OP.

After a period of time you tend to see most new people that join act all nice and dedicated then end up in the scammers bay, that's why they are not accepted right away.
 
I've been treated the same since joining, the only people who've had a problem with me were @cas and @shiver and that shouldn't be a surprise lol. I kinda of some FK knowledge before actually signing up though. Some new users are straight up retarded.
 
Half the site has a problem with me, cry in unison.
