I hope the rent-a-cop that approached her when I was talking to her actually did something to stop her.. Like threaten to pepper spray her or whatever they carry on them lol.

If it were my bloody rules. A week imprisonment. Elderly lady or not. Just my opinion on animal cruelty.

Bcg, a cop can't pepper spray someone unless the officer feels threatened or if she tried to resist if he had tried to arrest her. If anything, if animal abuse is illegal in your country/city she could have been arrested or fined.

Lol.. I know that he couldn't have legally pepper sprayed her for it without legitimate reasoning, but that's what I feel she deserved >.> No offense to the elderly, but being old is no excuse for abusing your own pet, or any animal for that matter.

A little jail time for grams would serve some justice, though. x]
