Just had a nice chat with Xbox Customer support

Well, I just did my first attempt at social engineering an email from an old OG gamertag that has been inactive for several years. It was a partial success. The lady I was chatting with apparently sent out some type of ticket to somebody higher up. Idk how this shit works and I don't remember what she said. I should be getting in contact with somebody higher up though in the next 1-4 days.

Wish me luck guys. I want this fucking tag.

EDIT: This is just the first step of getting the account. I need to get the email address linked to the badboy first. ;x

She probably contacted tier 3 for support on the email.
If the email has been inactive for some time they're some what deleted. Like they can't see it - at least I don't think - but it's still an account.
Might be what she's doing but who knows .

I called a couple days ago to see if I could take the account that was on my Xbox when I bought it and take back one that a kid on TTG still owes me for. No clue why I was given support from Ireland, but the guy was badass. He added me and sent me message saying I sounded high af in the call. Haha. Good luck, man. It's a bit of a task.
