Just Got Banned From FileIce, wtf?

Yea so I just tried to login to FileIce today and it says I was banned, I'm so fucking pissed right now because I had about $55+ in their. The reason was for downloading my own files.

I've never downloaded my own files from FileIce and I've never been part of a group that downloads each others. All the downloads I get are from Youtube and sometimes from other Forums. I have clicked on my own links to the downloads though but never downloaded them. I just sent an e-mail to FileIce right now explaining this. Hopefully they will be fair and listen to me. I really need that money I had in my account.

Do you think they will unban my account?
I've done nothing wrong.

Yes. If you legitimately haven't downloaded your files and they check again, you'll get unbanned. Just give them time to look over your case.
