Why is Holographic/Quad's Rep entirely disabled from receiving rep but still he has the ability to give -15's to other people's profiles?
Now the Only other time I've seen this kind of profile is on Banned Members accounts. And then it came to my mind that Quad was banned and then he came back as Holographic and when he was asked if he was Quad he denied it.
But that is a whole other subject. I am just curious about the Rep part. Or does FK just favor known Scammers over actual members?
