Ability to give reputation (+/- 5 points)
Access to all private forums
Ability to open and close own threads
Can change their own username
Can change their own usertitle
Ability to give thread ratings
Can upload avatar icons
Can download thread attachments
Additional 2,400 message space

The higher the upgrade the more you are able to do, and it also helps out the site.
