Just A Suggestion

The way payouts are done is a bit of a security problem, because your having people post there paypal and/or alertpay account emails on a public site where anyone can see them and I've personally had my paypal hacked and it sucks ALOT. So can the administrative staff work on that a little bit?

If the payout format was sent in a a private message it would be alright but with the security features of paypal, it is difficult to use paypal now since they have the secret question and answer aswell as a phone verification but that is if you choose to use those options of course.

I'll get this changed so that only staff and you can see your cashout request.
