Well have you ever forgot the info to an account ?
I figured out a 50% chance how to obtain the windows live I'd and reset it.
All you have to do is call 18004myxbox tell them you forgot your windows live id.
They'll next send a verification code to all the emails on file to verify ownership.
Hopefully the alt or contact email is an email you have acess too check every email you own. If you get lucky give them the code and they'll have full acess to the account. They will provide you the windows live I'd next all you have to do is reset the windows live I'd with the alt that's listed or guess your passwords.

na the contact email address if you have it you can also get your tag back, I think.
