Join Party

There is this kid who keeps joining my party after my friend kicks him and we can start a new party, put the Party Status, Invite Only and he still joins. Is there a glitch that I do not know about?

Yeah you have to start a new party. There is glitched invites. You can just keep joining if they stay in the same party.
