This is the referral section, he's allowed to give a ref link only, only outside the referral forum, Is he not allowed to ONLY put a ref link, he has to put both.

For example,

Non Reff Link: <link>
Ref Link: <link>
 
I havent noticed any pop ups. You might have to fix your setting where it blocks pop ups.
 
I never understood why people use this, you get so little, but I guess money is money.
 
You just got to know how to get lots of clicks each day and let it build up to a good amount then cashout. I try to earn every bit on money I can earn. I need it.
