No literally, I think he has an account on FK somewhere and just lurks around finding gamertags, copypastas that same message then sends them from the xbox website.

Bought it off of some kid last night. Not banned BTW.
 
Oh gawd, that kid is so annoying. He sent me a message on my gamertags 'Alternate' and 'Programs'.
 
I always get this kids message but when he first sent it to me I looked at his friends list and noticed he probably sent it to everyone .
