Why aren't these tags available, but when you try it; it's taken?
 
If they were banned, why doesn't it say "Code of Conduct" everywhere on it?
 
Can someone elaborate as to why tags such as Mercy, Luck (the ones with 0 gamerscore and were never transferred over to 360) haven't been released? And why are they unjackable?

They're 'version-one' Xbox accounts. This means they aren't linked to an email address and cannot be recovered/downloaded onto an Xbox 360 console; this is why they're known as 'un-jackable'.
 
You can jack V1 tags you fuck face. And obviously you're not getting any good tags with out 24/7 turboers waiting on a reset.

lol unnecessary aggression. Short of asking Xbox Support for the tag, there doesn't seem to be any way to jack V1's.

Jesus was deleted due to being jacked by my nigga Index. God was banned because my russian friend had it jacked by AK, then AK ran his mouth to Jester and jester embarrased him by jacking God as well as TeRRoR, unknown and something else. And they havn't been reset because xbox gives accounts at least 7 years to give them a chance to come back. After that they feel like they're never comming back so they give others the chance to take the tag.

Jesus Christ is owned by a black guy, that gt didn't get banned because it's valid. The tag Jesus was jacked, back then they didn't launch UAs and shit so they just delete the account.
 
Jesus and God are deleted because they were banned on the original xbox, that's what iv'e been told.
