I just jailbroke my iPod touch 4th generation with IOS 6.0.1 untethered and I was wondering if there was any cool things I should download in cydia.. Themes, apps, tools, ect.. I was also looking for another way to download apps since installous and Appcake no longer work

If you can get some good sources (xsellize and such), then I'd recommend you get some of the paid emulators for free. Always fun to have a bit of Pokemon on your iPod.

This happened very recently, actually. I haven't had a jailbroken iPod since my 2nd Gen, and I'm not sure if it's worth it now. With any luck, a replacement will pop up soon.
 
Can you link me to the jailbroke you used?
