i recently Jailbroke my iphone 5 with evasi0n.com and it seems to die faster is it just me. ?

I'm pretty sure jail breaking reduces your device's battery life. I had the same problem with my old iPod touch.

Jailbreaks do that I believe, It slows down the processor as it's using more resources then it normally does without a jailbreak.

Back it up with iTunes before you do so, Then use evasi0n.com to jailbreak it. All my iDevices are jailbroken lol, Even my Apple TV.

Go to plex on your desktop at http://www.plexapp.com

It does the same things on ATV.

I jailbroke mine and its just fine.
Are you regularly killing open processes? Do you keep all wifi/connectivity devices on? Do you keep your brightness all the way up?
I suggest you kill all process when done using them, keep your wifi off when you're not using it, and keeping your brightness at a reasonable setting, it doesn't have to be the highest for you to see it.
