Jagex offically does not care?

Okay, so i just created this new account and i wanted to get it banned. Dont ask why.

I thought the best way to do that was spam a fake website using an auto typer and set it to type every 2 seconds. Did this for 2 days and my fake account was not even touched. I then decided to get a bot so if any randoms come, it can solve and go back, that would really look like a bot. Another day passes by, its still there.
I was spamming this in World 1

Does Jagex even care anymore if we bot? If i cant get banned for simply advertising ingame, then what about everything else?

I see accounts spamming their fake gold websites all the time,and nobody seems the do something. But Jagex seems to only ban bots that are there to make money like Hunter bots and other Goldfarming activities.

No, when i ment fake website, i mean the website actually does not exist. I didnt want to get people to go to the site so i spammed some fake website.
