Well, JaGex is really hypocritical saying that you can't RWT, yet they are now doing it themselves. They are selling Aura's for Loyalty points which can only be obtained via paying real money for membership. If you think about it, it is a form of RWT and should not be allowed.

JaGeX is selling it themselves, HAVE FUN STOPPING THEM!
 
They don't allow it due to fraud, and in completion of the deals. They are allowed to do it since they can ban you if you do fraud, and they'll never back down from the product once you purchase it.
 
It's their game. They can do what they want with it.
 
How about WoW?

RWT isn't allowed, but yet, you can buy WoW cards IRL and get some kind of mount that you can sell for 20K G.

I think it isn't too bad. But if they start selling cards, I am quitting.

Membership itself is RWT, the domain they have is also RWT. Stupid people make me annoyed. ._.
 
What are auras?

They are making enough money, they just want more. If they weren't making enough they wouldn't run anymore.

The owner is just desperate to earn some millions.
