So I was scammed for my main account on here a few months ago, I decided to try to recover it because thats all I had left. I found out the recovery system isn't the same, and had to email jagex. First off, you need to wait 4 weeks for a response. Thats just ridiculous in itself. But here are 3 emails that are sure to make you LOL @jagex.

This judgement confuses me because I know for a fact the original owner is not using it. I am in contact with him and the account was sold. Which is why your recovery system is obviously not correct in its judgement.

This account has been all over the place and is currently locked until the original owner comes back.
You shouldn’t be trying to appeal an account which isn’t yours, we do take this seriously and can see where people are coming from when they appeal for their account.
I suggest you stop trying to appeal something which does not rightfully belong to you.
